We are seeking a highly experienced marketer to lead our acquisition efforts and drive revenue growth through strategic planning, budget management, and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns.

As the leader of our growth marketing team, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement a comprehensive acquisition strategy that leverages a variety of channels, including paid search, social media, email, and affiliate marketing. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, ect. to align marketing efforts with business objectives and ensure that our marketing campaigns are delivering results. Plus, you'll get to lead and mentor a talented team as they develop and execute successful campaigns.

At Photomath you will: 

  • Define the customer acquisition strategy and priorities for Photomath, focused on paid acquisition channels and tactics.  
  • Set priorities for paid media marketing and supporting functions to further scale customer acquisition, business impact, and ROI.
  • Identify and build the business case for new customer acquisition opportunities.
  • Manage the overall execution, performance, and effectiveness of global acquisition marketing strategies of the acquisition team.
  • Analyze customer behavior data to report on effectiveness of existing initiatives and identify new opportunities.
  • Leverage technology to enhance business goals; identify areas for improvement and drive implementation.
  • Work effectively with internal and external partners (senior management) to deliver on cross-functional projects across timezones and languages to move swiftly.
  • Collaborate with design teams to optimize creative, messaging and develop compelling advertising campaigns. Develop A/B testing programs to maximize acquisition efforts and own creative feedback loop.
  • Mentor and support the acquisition team.
  • Represent Acquisition Marketing and customer needs and our business strategy with cross functional stakeholders.
  • Represent and explain business performance, insights, and demonstrate progress to leadership.


Qualifications:

  • 8+ years in performance marketing with at least 3 years in a people leading role.
  • Experience in growth marketing for a digital advertising or marketing-related product.
  • Experience leading and working across functions to achieve a shared objective (e.g. product, product marketing, sales, creative studio, business operations, customer support).
  • Experience driving business strategy with data, developing frameworks, surfacing insights.
  • Hands on experience building and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with and knowledge of digital advertising platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Google, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with and influence stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated success as collaborator, team player, and entrepreneurial builder of new persuasive and effective marketing programs.
  • Desire to function as both a strategic marketer and also orchestrate tactical components of integrated marketing campaigns.
